ShowPony is strictly an over 18’s studio and confirms you are of age.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between terms. No exceptions under any circumstances. Fees are to be paid up front or via our payment plans. If a payment plan is selected, it cannot be cancelled and all fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule. No exceptions. The first payment plan deduction will be debited at the time of booking, after that, they will be debited in the corresponding weeks. Card payments details must be up to date and all payments must be made successfully on their due date. Any fees for late payments will be forwarded to the student. 

All classes and makeups are to be redeemed within the current term and cannot be carried over. Your attendance is completely self-managed within our studio app. You must access the app and give a minimum 6 hours notice within the app if you are not attending your class. This cannot be not be done via email, call etc.  If more than 6 hours notice is not given via the studio app, your class/es will be forfeited and makeup classes will be lost. No exceptions.

Prior to attending a class/course at ShowPony Pole & Burlesque, you agree to provide us with your full name, phone number, email address and next of kin contact details in case of emergency.

Teachers and classes may be subject to change without notice. If a class is cancelled you may be asked to choose another class. ShowPony Pole & Burlesque takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes.

By entering our dance studio you agree that ShowPony Pole & Burlesque is in no way responsible for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the studios. 

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit for the class/course that you are enrolling or enrolled in. During the class you must take care at all times of your own personal safety at all times and inform the instructor of any physical limitations you may have. It is not advisable for pregnant women to participate in a dancing program. Should you have a pre-existing medical condition or in doubt as to your suitability for this program, we recommend you consult your physician for medical clearance. 

You must monitor the safekeeping of personal belongings while attending class, as ShowPony Pole & Burlesque does not take responsibility for lost or stolen property. 

You understand that classes at ShowPony Pole & Burlesque may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

You agree that you will not sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against ShowPony Pole & Burlesque or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You agree to not drink alcohol or take drugs prohibited by law before or during any pole dancing lessons and activities conducted or organised by ShowPony Pole & Burlesque.
